There are many questions about what is going to happen on the one-hour long episode, "The Delivery," and if you've been watching the olympics you've seen how many promos NBC is putting out for this. For all we know, Pam and Jim's baby could be a boy, a girl, that it could be a great episode or set the show off onto a total downward spiral. People have been guessing names and waiting for this episode. So for Office fans, I guess we'll just have to use some speculation to curb the withdrawal from our favorite show.
