Hello All

I am Screw Nicolas.

I am diet specialist and also, act as a Gym instructor at my gym. Currently, there are 128 members in my gym; some of them are interested in weight loss and some of them are interested in weight gain. I consult with both type of people and suggest them the appropriate diet. In idle time, I started using internet and become fan of it. I have started blogging and later on become addicted to it ( Just Kidding ;) ). I started sharing my thoughts on internet along with websites.
