Synopsis[]

Meredith wonders why everyone cares so much about Oscar's tantrum; when she acts up no one gives a damn. A flashback to Meredith flipping over a table in the break room, because a bag of chips gets stuck in the vending machine, proves this fact. She needs people to give a damn because she has dark thoughts.

Kelly asks to see Oscar's new phone just so she can snoop through it, but it's password protected. Once Oscar leaves his desk, Andy, Kevin and Angela go through his desk and his e-mails. Oscar catches them in the act and asks them "Have you no decency?" and states, "This ends now."
