"The Memo" is the sixth episode of the webisode series The Office: The Accountants. It was written by Paul Lieberstein and Michael Schur and directed by Randall Einhorn. It aired on NBC.com on August 10, 2006.

In a talking head interview, Kevin denies having stolen $3,000 from petty cash because there are easier ways to steal from the company. "For example, I could steal people's coats and sell them on eBay."
Angela explains to Oscar and Kevin that Dwight "has too much integrity" to have been the culprit. Oscar reports that he asked Kelly, and 45 minutes later, she stopped talking. Kevin reports that Creed also denied stealing the money, then tried to sell him dietary supplements. Oscar suggests writing a memo, and Angela agrees to let Kevin write it if she can supervise.
In frustration over Angela's micro-management of his memo-writing, Kevin says, "Fine, then you write it." Angela, satisfied, writes the memo.
In a talking-head interview, Kevin shows the camera his own memo. It reads "ANGELA STINKS". Kevin immediately fears Angela's response if she ever found out about his memo and asks the camera crew to forget he ever mentioned it.
