"Phyllis" is the second episode of the webisode series The Office: The Accountants. It was written by Paul Lieberstein and Michael Schur and directed by Randall Einhorn. It aired on NBC.com on July 13, 2006.

SynopsisEdit

In a talking head interview, Angela explains that $3000 is missing. Even though Michael is the obvious suspect, they must "at least pretend to ask other people first."

The accounting department asks Phyllis if she bought anything with company money without reporting it and are shocked when she lowers her eyes guiltily. Phyllis confesses that she broke the heel of her shoe on a sales call and charged $14 to her company credit card. Oscar explains to her that they're looking for $3000, not $14, and Phyllis promises that she will will never make that mistake again. Bob Vance gave her a Vance Refrigeration credit card to use in emergencies. Kevin is under the mistaken impression that the card can be used only to buy refrigerators.
