Creative Differences is the first episode of The Office webisode series The Office: Subtle Sexuality. It was written by Nate Federman and Jonathan Hughes and directed by Mindy Kaling, who made her directorial debut with the Subtle Sexuality webisode series.

Synopsis[]
As the whole office is away at a technology seminar, Kelly, Erin, and Ryan get ready to shoot a music video, "Male Primadonna". Kelly decides never to reveal who the song is about, however, quickly she tells the documentary crew that it is about Ryan.
