Subtle Sexuality: Creative Differences aired on October 29, 2009 and was written by Nate Federman and Jonathan Hughes who also wrote The Office: Blackmail and The Office: The Outburst. It was directed by Mindy Kaling who made her directorial debut with the Subtle Sexuality webisode series. It was the first episode of the internet spin-off of The Office: An American Workplace.

SynopsisEdit

As the whole office is away at a technology seminar, Kelly, Erin, and Ryan get ready to shoot a music video, "Male Primadonna."Kelly decides never to reveal who the song is about, however, quickly she tells the documentary crew that it is about Ryan.
