Hidei is a warehouse worker on The Office, but was a former surgeon, who killed the boss of the Yakuza. He is played by Hideotoshi Imura.

Hidei is seen throughout several episodes, but has not spoken.

Hidei is seen sitting with his wife during Michael's roast. ("Prince Family Paper") He is again seen in several episodes, but never talks.
Season 6
He is seen in several episodes, but never talks. However, he explains that he was a surgeon in Japan, and killed the boss of the Yakuza. He says he came to America, and can hardly speak English. He credits Darryl in saving his life, but keeps a secret around: he killed the boss of the Yakuza on purpose, as he was the best surgeon. ("St. Patrick's Day")
