Eric Ward is the banker for Sabre. He interviews Toby Flenderson about Dunder Mifflin and seems to be irritated by Michael Scott. He is played by David Costabile.

Eric Ward is insulted by Dwight Schrute and calls Michael a "character." He and Toby seem to have a standoff because Toby won't give him information about the company that might hurt the chance for the buyout. ("Secret Santa")
